If the customer informs the business of a reservation cancellation 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit is refunded.

If the customer cancels the reservation after 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit is not refundable.

In case of cancellation during the stay, the customer is obliged to pay compensation to the company of 50% of the value of the remaining days of the agreed period.
